At Highgrove Gardens & Online Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
